Description

The corner of Harlan and Washington is an ongoing issue for the River Park neighborhood. There are black trash bags, scattered litter, and two abandoned shopping carts. I'm concerned the trash will block drainage and contribute to flooding. Can fencing be placed here to block the dump site?
